The trainer works without sign-up, forms, cookies or ads. The site keeps nothing that could identify a person. Below is what is processed, why and for how long.
Who is responsible
The site is run by Denis Zavalishin. Questions and requests about data: dahdahdit.feedback@gmail.com.
On your device
Settings, lesson progress and best scores are kept in your browser (localStorage) and never sent to the server. The site uses no cookies. To delete this data, clear the site data in your browser settings.
Server log
The site runs on a server in the Netherlands. To deliver a page the server receives the IP address of your browser, but logs it without its last part (for example, 203.0.113.0). The log also records the time, the page requested, the server response, the referring page and the browser name. It protects the site and helps find faults, and entries are deleted after 14 days.
Visit statistics
Visits are counted by our own Umami installation on the same server. It sets no cookies, writes nothing to your device and does not store IP addresses: the country is derived from the shortened address, and visits are told apart by an anonymous identifier that changes regularly. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, no statistics are collected.
Emails
If you write to dahdahdit.feedback@gmail.com, your address, the name set in your email account and the text are kept in Gmail, the mail service of Google (USA). Emails are used only to reply and continue the conversation, and are deleted when it is over. What to tell is up to you. The basis is your message: the legitimate interest in answering it (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and the consent you give by sending it (Russian Law No. 152-FZ).
Who receives data
Data is not sold, not used for advertising or profiling, and no automated decisions are based on it. The server is rented from a hosting provider that operates it on the operator's behalf, and emails are kept by Gmail (see Emails). There are no other recipients. The site does not collect information about children, including those under 13.
Legal basis
The log and statistics are kept in the operator's legitimate interest in running the site securely and knowing which sections are used (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR and the UK GDPR). Neither contains information that identifies a person, so they are not personal data within the meaning of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ. The basis for emails is under Emails.
Your rights
You may ask what is kept about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing: write to dahdahdit.feedback@gmail.com. You will get an answer within a month. As the site keeps nothing that identifies you, the answer will usually be that there is nothing about you.
You may complain to the data protection authority of your country: in the EU, your national supervisory authority; in the UK, the ICO; in Russia, Roskomnadzor.
